Had Simon out this morning to go a job for me. He was prompt, a great communicator, and very clean. I was quoted a price off another plumber last week which was 3 times the amount that Simon charged. He is honest about pricing and a very friendly bloke. Will use for all my plumbing needs in the future.

For the past 5 months after moving in the house, we were not able to park both cars in our garage at all due to the garden tap being installed in our driveway (as seen in the photos). The builder refused to take any responsiblity in resolving this issue, as they claimed it was according to plans. The garden tap and water meter was relocated after contacting GWW.
Unfortunately, GWW does not cover disconnecting the old exisiting garden tap and we had to find a plumber for that. We called up Simon after that and it's the best decision we made. There's nothing bad to say about Simon. He's absolutely the best plumber that we had!
Good quality workmanship, extremely responsive, honest and transparent about the work required and the costs involved. He was also punctual and professional too. Extremely efficient too. We also have to add that he cleaned up the area too and there was no mess at all. The place was even better than before.
