Called Simon as i had hot water in the laundry and Kitchen and just warm water in the Showers. Simon told me what the problem was immediately over the phone. Even told me how much it would cost to fix it. Called him on a Sat and he answered the phone even at 8 pm!!. Simon came to my place on Mon, changed the faulty part, and done in an hour. Gave me tips on Hot water units etc . He also saved me a lot of money as most other plumbers i spoke to advised me to change the hot water unit. Great guy to deal with, polite friendly and very honest.
